This was our first time using Micaela and it will not be the last! She made the newborn session super easy, she came to us and brought all the supplies, I just had to supply the baby. She was extremely patient with both our baby and our pup who made her appearances in some of the pictures and overall just a very professional, thoughtful and caring person. She really understood what we wanted even if we didn't exactly know (first time with newborn pictures) and stuck with it until she got "the shot". She was so great with our family and I cannot wait to use her in the future as our little man and family grows. Book her, you will not regret it!

Micaela has done 3 sessions for our family over the past couple years and has always been super flexible, responsive, and produces beautiful photos! She went out of her way to reschedule my maternity shoot THREE times due to weather/other complications and still fit us in within the timeframe we wanted. She also worked some magic with posing/editing when my 2-year-old fell and scraped up her face the SAME day as our photos were scheduled - you could hardly notice in the final edits! Micaela is awesome with kids and overall does an amazing job!

Micaela did an amazing job with our in-home newborn session! I was in need of a photographer last minute due to a cancelation and she was quick to respond. We first asked Micaela to take our engagement photos and we were in awe at how amazing they turned out. It was our first time getting pictures and we were super nervous about the “fake smile” or awkwardness but let me tell you she had us smiling and laughing the entire time. Little did she know we were pregnant and because of how incredible the pictures and our experience was, I immediately asked her to save a date in the future for maternity pictures. Once again she exceeded our expectations and we were in love with gallery of photos that we obviously asked her to do newborn pictures. She captured our little boy so perfectly and made sure she got all the little details from his tiny lips to the hair on the back of his arms. These are pictures we will forever cherish and we’re so thankful Micaela took them for us. She is your own personal hype girl and she’s always so excited to be taking pictures. Micaela is fantastic to work with! I've used her for maternity and newborn photo shoots, and she far exceeded my expectations! She is wonderful at capturing portraits outdoors and has a creative eye in outdoor settings. She also was so accommodating for our newborn photoshoot during the pandemic and came to our home to capture the photos, and she was great and patient with our 12 day old baby to capture the greatest pictures! Micaela was hired by my husband to surprise me because she has been my dream photographer for years.
